About The Counselor

I am a third year counselor with the Lexington City School System,although I have been teaching for five years prior to starting

mycounseling position. I will be working primarily with the sixth, seventh,

and eighth grade students. I have a desire to support our students socially,

emotionally, and academically.  I am excited about my professional role

and look forward to working with all of the students.

Mission Of The Counselor

Counseling offers a means for the student to grow in knowledge of selfand  others, thus enabling the student to develop a sense of responsibility

needed to live effectively in today's world. The counselor will strive to empower

all students to lead successful lives with positive decision making and to  make

the necessary connections for their future.
